Shipping Policy

We process orders between Monday and Saturday. Orders placed over holidays and weekends will be processed in the following business days. The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

Processing Time: Our processing time is 5-6 business days. During this time, we will prepare your order for shipping and send it on its way.

Shipping Time: The shipping time for standard shipping is 5-6 business days, from the time your order has been processed.

All orders are shipped from the USA.

SHIPPING RATES & FEES

Shipping is free for all orders within the USA. There are no additional shipping fees or charges for customers. Our aim is to provide fast, reliable and affordable shipping for all of our customers, which is why we offer free shipping on all orders. Simply place your order and enjoy free delivery of your items straight to your doorstep. 

TRACKING & LOOKUP

All orders are shipped with a tracking number, which will be sent to you via email once your order has been processed and shipped. You can track your order by visiting the carrier’s website and entering your tracking number.

DELIVERY DELAYS

While we make every effort to ensure that your order is delivered within the estimated delivery time, there may be circumstances that cause delivery delays. Some of these circumstances include:

  • Natural disasters, such as hurricanes, earthquakes, and blizzards
  • Strikes, demonstrations, and other acts of civil unrest
  • Unexpected increases in shipping volume, such as holidays and promotional events
  • Carrier-related issues, such as airplane delays, mechanical failures, and labor disputes.

INCORRECT ADDRESS

If you provide an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, your order may be returned to us or delivered to the wrong address. In either case, we will not be responsible for any additional shipping fees incurred as a result of the incorrect address. LOST PACKAGES

In the event that your package is lost in transit, we will make every effort to resolve the issue with the carrier. If the carrier is unable to locate your package, we will send a replacement package at no additional cost to you.

In the event of an emergency situation, such as a natural disaster or act of terrorism, we may temporarily halt shipping to affected areas. In these circumstances, we will make every effort to keep you informed of the situation and estimated delivery time.
